Hi fellow driver,

Now look, I know the police are just trying to make the roads safe and keep traffic moving. 

But sometimes they just go a bit over the top don’t you think?  The police and traffic wardens in the UK seem to have a vendetta against the humble motorist and, let's face it, that includes most of the adult population!

Like giving you *three points* on your licence and a *whopping great fine*, just for going a *few miles over the limit on an empty motorway*.
